Meet Our Staff
Pastor Zach Poling has faithfully served FBC Dorchester for nearly a decade. He has a deep passion for preaching God’s Word and helping people grow in their walk with Christ.
Zach and his wife, Ashley, love their family, their church, and the Dorchester community they call home.
His ministry also extends beyond the walls of the church through leading Bible studies at Four Rivers Outreach in Sherman. When he’s not preaching or serving, Zach enjoys spending time outdoors.
Joe Mack has been leading worship at FBC Dorchester for more than two years and loves serving Jesus by leading God’s people in worship.
A retired engineer, Joe brings a wide range of life experience and a servant’s heart to the ministry of the church.
Outside of church, Joe is a passionate fisherman and even puts that passion to work through his side business making fishing lures.
