He leads with a heart for evangelism and discipleship, inspiring his congregation to live out their faith boldly. Brian Flores serves as the Worship and Student Minister at First Baptist Church Dorchester, bringing energy and dedication to his dual roles. With a heart for worship and a passion for guiding the next generation, Brian creates spaces where people of all ages can encounter God meaningfully. His leadership in worship fosters a spirit of reverence and joy, while his commitment to student ministry equips young people to grow in faith and navigate life with purpose.
